Frequently Asked Questions

Will this phone strap fit my phone case?
The Chain Strap Noir Gold includes a universal attachment patch that works with most phone cases. It's not compatible with iPhone X, XS or XS Max when paired with IDEAL OF SWEDEN cases for iPhone 11 Pro or 11 Pro Max, and we don't recommend using it with our Clear or Silicone cases on iPhone 11, 11 Pro, XR, XS or XS Max models.

How do I attach the phone strap to my case?
The attachment patch slips between your phone and case, requiring no adhesives or permanent alterations. The chain then connects securely to the patch via the gold hardware clasp.

Can I wear this phone strap crossbody?
Yes, the chain length allows you to wear it comfortably around your neck or crossbody style, keeping your phone accessible whilst your hands remain free.

Is the chain strong enough for daily use?
The chain link construction is engineered for durability and designed to withstand the demands of everyday carrying, from commuting to evening events.

Will the gold hardware tarnish or scratch my phone?
The metallic gold accents are finished to maintain their appearance through regular use, and the attachment system is designed to protect your device from scratches.
