Frequently Asked Questions

Will this phone strap work with my existing phone case?
The universal compatibility patch attaches securely to most phone cases. However, it's not compatible with iPhone X, XS, or XS Max models when paired with IDEAL OF SWEDEN Cases for 11 Pro or 11 Pro Max, and we don't recommend using it with our Clear or Silicone cases on iPhone 11, 11 Pro, XR, XS, or XS Max.

How do I attach the strap to my phone?
The attachment patch is included and slips between your phone and case, requiring no adhesives or permanent alterations. The cord then connects to the patch via the silver-toned hardware for instant hands-free carrying.

Can I adjust the length to wear it different ways?
Yes, the cord is fully adjustable so you can wear it crossbody during your commute, shortened for quick errands, or at any length that suits your outfit and activity.

Is the strap strong enough for festivals and concerts?
The durable cord construction is engineered for frequent use and active lifestyles, maintaining its form through festivals, concerts, and daily wear without compromising security.

Does the black colour fade or wear over time?
The Coal Black finish is designed to maintain its appearance through regular use, whilst the silver-toned hardware resists tarnishing for lasting visual consistency.
