It's not compatible with iPhone X, XS, or X Max when paired with IDEAL OF SWEDEN cases for 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max, and we don't recommend using it with our Clear or Silicone cases if you have an iPhone 11, 11 Pro, XR, XS, or XS Max.


Can I adjust the length of the strap?
Yes, the cord is fully adjustable so you can wear it as a crossbody strap, wrist loop, or shoulder carry depending on what suits you best.


How do I attach the strap to my phone case?
Simply peel the adhesive patch (included) and stick it to the back of your phone case, then clip the strap's connector onto the patch. It's quick to install and holds securely.


Will the attachment scratch my phone?
No, the attachment patch sits on the outside of your case, not directly on your phone, so it won't scratch your device.


Can I remove the strap when I don't need it?
Yes, you can easily detach the cord from the patch when you want to use your phone without the strap, and reattach it whenever you need hands-free carrying.
