Where is my order?

An email with delivery information will be sent to you directly from your chosen delivery provider as soon as your parcel is on its way. There you’ll find details about your delivery and how to track your package. Your order will primarily be delivered straight to your mailbox unless otherwise stated. If the parcel doesn’t fit in your mailbox, it will be left outside your door or delivered to the nearest pick-up point. If it’s delivered to a service point, you’ll receive a notification once it’s ready for collection.


Please note that the estimated delivery time is an approximation and may vary due to external factors beyond the control of IDEAL OF SWEDEN and its delivery partners. These factors may include, but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions, technical issues, or customs delays. Delivery times may also be longer than usual during promotional periods.


Parcels are normally not shipped on weekends or local public holidays.
